Friends of the Irving Theater - Saturday Moonlight Movies

May 19 - "Robinson Crusoe On Mars"  (one of my favorites for some reason)
May 26 - "Island Of the Blue Dolphins"
June 2 - "Old Yeller"
June 9 - "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs"
June 16 - "Swiss Family Robinson"
June 23 - "Jason and the Argonauts"
June 30 - "The Wizard of Oz"

The FOIT's  "SATURDAY MOONLIGHT MOVIES!" are shown on the YMCA ballfields.  Bring your Lawn Chairs, pillows and blanket and ENJOY an "old time Drive-In" EXPERIENCE!!! Class of '72 Reunion

Hello Irving High School Classes of 69, 70,71,72,73, and 74 Randy Hines has put together a great website for the Irving High School class of 72 40th reunion. (www.ihs72.info).  If you are from any of the Irving High School classes from 69, 70, 71, 73, and 74 you are invited to our reunion and our website. Whether you plan to go to the reunion which begins on October 5th and ends on October 7th or not, it's a good way to see what's going on and catch up with other IHS alums. Just go to www.ihs72.info. If you’d like you can create a profile so others can see what you have been up to since graduation or you can just check out the website.


We would like to see all members of our Facebook group become members of our website. www.ihs72.info Facebook is great for quick hits but our website allows for more robust communication.

Maggie Miller Robertson's New Book

I've published a fun book to read to young children. The Baby Who Wouldn't Say, "Mama" is about a baby who would say anything except the one word Mama wanted to hear. The Bulldogs
 
The Bulldogs host a blues jam every Friday night at The Cottage Lounge, 3006 NW Highway in Dallas, near Bachman Lake, from 9PM to 1AM!  By the way, The Bulldogs have recently celebrated performing at The Cottage Lounge for five years!
 
Members of the band are David Holcombe on drums, Jimmy Mac Mcneil on guitar, Rob Greene on bass and Chuck Mayo on keyboard.

Morgan's Music

Don Morgan is another one of our alumni band members that still plays. He is at Cafe-de-France at 17370 Preston Rd. every Friday and Saturday 8pm to 12am except when he has a wedding or private party to do. Check out his website at www.morgansmusic.com and find the "appearing now" tab.
