Please note that this is for entertainment purposes, but we still want your comments!

Welcome back readers!  Here is this week's problem for Brian and me:

Help me Rhonda!

While in high school and college, I focused on my studies and didn't date much.  Now that I'm out of school and working at a good job with my evenings free, I've noticed several women in my office that I'm attracted to.  I'm a twenties-something guy who has been told that I'm not bad looking, and with my career, I have a bright future.

Which comes to my question.  How would I know if a woman just wants to have a good time without any strings?

Signed: No strings allowed

Dear No Strings,

Gee, I have to reach back pretty far to remember how to do this!  If a woman wants to go out with a group instead of just you, that's a good time.  If she wants to get you alone, it could be a good time, but those strings will most likely start to crop up the next day.  You'll feel them yanking on you when you don't call her back.

Now let me ask you - what exactly do you mean by "a good time"?  Are you just looking for an opportunity to use a woman as a live blow-up doll?

Brian, how about a man's viewpoint?

Dear No Strings,

I don't know what you're asking.  Are you looking for a good time without strings or are you looking for a way to know if a woman is a partier, so you can avoid her?

I'll assume you're looking for a way to tell if a girl is a partier.  To be blunt, there is no hard and fast way.  I suggest the direct approach and just ask your female friend(s) what she's looking for at this point in her life.  If she looks at you like you're something she's stepped in, she definitely isn't into you.  If she tells you she's having fun until Mr. Right comes along, you can take it either way.  If she tells you she's tired of the partying lifestyle, you have another answer.

Rhonda? Anything else you want to say?

Not really - only the hope of all women that a guy will one day fall for a woman who doesn't want any strings.  Aaah, poetic justice!

Luv ya!  Rhonda

Mr. No Strings Attached is fishing in the wrong pond. If he wants to party with no strings attached, he needs to consider single women in the 50-60 yr age bracket. Those women have had their fill of strings, and they don't want any more ! They just want to have fun !

When, Mr. No Strings Attached is ready to make a life for himself, he can return to the pond of age appropriate fish.  Hopefully he won't catch someone as shallow as himself.

I will have to agree with Debbie!! At our age you had better hope you find a woman who wants some strings attached!! I find myself alone at the age of 59 and it is not what I had hoped for. Now is the time of life to share with someone and not spend nights alone. I do run into those women that want the no- strings attached relationship, but so far they have all been married. Perhaps that is Mr. no strings situation also. Just looking for some strange. If so, I feel sorry for him! What goes around, comes around!
